Spiral winding machine for plastic spirals
Automatic high-capacity winding machine for plastic spirals in diameters of up to 50 mm.
The PVC wire is warmed up when passing through the heated drum and is formed to the according spiral by a special mandrel.
The installed pneumatic length cutting device cuts the formed spirals automatically to the desired lengths. Adjustable due to a photocell or a timer of min. 30 cm to max. 124 cm length.
Short length cutting system incl. packing system from 20 cm (8") at full machine speed (option).
